REQUIRED ACTIVITY: At least one 4-hour shift at the Ascension Thrift Store. Without this, your stewardship commitment will not be completely fulfilled.

FULFILLMENT ACTIVITIES: Along with the Thrift Store shift, any one of these activities fulfill your annual stewardship commitment. HOURLY ACTIVITIES: These activities contribute to your stewardship commitment on an hour-by-hour basis, or through qualifying donations: $15 = 1 hour (please include receipts) 8th Grade Fundraisers Giving Tuesday Team After Care/Summer Care Support Golf Tournament (Tobin Open) Team Athletic Team Support Library Helper Bingo Night Team New Family Welcome Meeting Book Fair Helper Office Support Boosterthon Team Open House Volunteer Cafeteria/Lunchroom Help Other (explain in Notes Section) Catholic Schools Week Support Photographer Christmas Bazaar Team Science Fair Judge Classroom Help Scout Volunteer Club Support (Chess, Drama, etc.) Space Day Team Donut Team (after weekend Mass) Sports Banquet Team Eagle Pride Team Thrift Store Volunteer Eagle Up Team Trash Bash Team Families & Faculty Meetings Used Uniform Team Field Trip Chaperone Vacation Bible School Team Hourly activities may include event preparation, set-up, clean-up, soliciting donations, picking up/dropping off supplies, sending e-mails, making flyers, staffing a booth/table, chaperoning, organizing, filing, or any number of other support functions. Generally, events that directly benefit the school/students are those that qualify for stewardship hours.
