The Ascension Catholic Student Service Council is comprised of students from sixth grade through eighth grade. The only other requirement is the desire to serve others.
Under the direction of a faculty moderator, these students participate in a variety of activities. Within the school, students coordinate NUT Days, Drug Free Week activities, and events that support our sister diocese in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, the council helps select and coordinate a school wide service project.
The Student Service Council’s mission is to offer students additional opportunities to develop leadership skills in the context of serving all God’s people as a companion on the journey.
